Laptop Memory Upgrade

I have a Pentium II laptop that has 64MB of RAM. It is kind of slow so I was wondering how much of a performance gain I can expect if I upgrade the RAM to the maximum of 192MB. Will it be worth it to upgrade the RAM or is there something else I should try? Thanks.
