Laptop on network, wont go on internet

I have read other things like this, and they said to make sure obtain ip automatically is on, well it is, and we still cant get online. We just set up a new router, and the other laptop connects, and the wired desktops, but this one laptop doesn’t wanna connect all the way. And help is appreciated.
