Laptop USBs not working

I have a Fujitsu Lifebook c series one day last week it restarted on it’s own and the usbs stopped recieveing data. They will charge my IPOD and phone but when i hook the wireless mouse i get a bubble that says powersurge on sub hub then when i go to fix it it tells me unknown device. I have tried everything i know . I’ve uninstalled reinstalled.It kept telling me new device found but it was unknown so i looked up the details found it to be an ACPI so i had to install an ACPI driver still did not fix problem. Please help am very frustrated
