Laptop won’t boot, can’t access et setup

My laptop frozes after I reboot,I’m not able to load the OS (XP Pro).Safe mode LGNKC etheir,
Try to rinstall the Os but,can’t even access setup to change the boot sequence.
Can somebody help?
