Laserjet 2035n Can’t Access Network Config

Is it possible to reset back to factory defaults the network config of a printer (such as the HP Laserjet 2035n) that does not have a control panel? The printer was configured with a static IP, but due to a network change that IP address is no longer valid. How can I change the printer settings to the new IP address?

Normally I would change the printer configuration by using the built in web utility where I would enter the printer IP address into a browser and that would give me visibility to change the printer settings. Since the IP changed, now I can’t access those settings.

Any suggestions?
