Laserjet Printer Problems

Does anyone know what’s causing an HP Laserjet printer to pull mulitple sheets of paper out at the same time? When just trying to print one page, it pulls out a few extras with it. I tried cleaning the rollers and took some paper out. Are the rollers going bad or is it something else?
