Last login/grace login problems

We are running Novell 4.11 with Novell client version 4.83. Here is the problem.

1. When viewing the last login time in netware administrator, the times for various users are all over the place. Some are accurate, some show last login was Nov. 2002. I have also noticed that may are showing the exact same time (sometime in Nov.).

2. When a password expires, we have some people using grace logins, but the grace login amount doesn’t decrement. So, they essentially can continue on without having to ever change a password.

Any thoughts/ideas would really be appreciated!
