Last Login time in win 2k or 2k3 server

hi,

I just wanted to know how to find out the last login date and time of an user on windows 2000 and 2003 server without using any third party software.
that is that if an user has logged into any system, which is connected to the domain can the administrator know when was the last time he logged in. Is there any option in the ADS to find out this option. . . .
