LDAP pop up after upgrading OE to Outlook 2003

Had to update a user today from Outlook Express to the full Office suite. Now when they click on the icon for email, it gives a pop up box asking for LDAP server information.

If you hit cancel the program still works fine. However, I would like this pop up to stop.

Suggestions?
