Lean Six Sigma the key for career?

Hello,

I’m a 30 year old IT manager within a European wide HR outsourcing project. I’m starting a Lean Six Sigma black belt certification with the American Society of Quality in September but would like to know the following:

Can anybody advise on career expectations or options for growth when completing this certification? What are experiences?
