Leave a domain without haveing administrative rights

Im an IT manager for a small company with about 30 Users. One of the Users happens to be the Presidents daughter. She came to me and asked to help her with her personal Laptop. She now works for the company but use to be a Realtor. Because she was using her laptop shes still apart of the old Domain (Century21). Because shes still apart of that old Domain and has no administrative rights I cant have her leave that Domain to join a workgroup.

in the end Im asking…

Is there a way I can have her leave a domain without having any administrative Rights???
