Lexmark only prints 1st page

I have a client running Win 2000 on a Compaq Desktop. The Printer is a Lexmark color printer. This is a stand alone system. When printing, only the first page is printed regardless of how many pages are in the document. Under the printer properties I have the “ALL” selected under print range. If I select to just print page 2 it will just print page 2. Let me know if more info is needed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jerry.
