Lexmark x5495 won’t print from internet sometimes

I’m at my wits end. My Lexmark X5495 will print sometimes and not others. I tried to print some coupons – had to download a coupon printer – but wouldn’t download correctly and would not send info to the printer. sometimes the printer also only prints one page of a document. Please help. Printer is getting power and all cords are attached. Help!
