Lexmark Z13 & Windows XP

I have win xp pro, and a Lexmark z13 usb.

When i send to print from any app, i can see the procees trought the printer monitor, so everythings appears fine, then the printer loads the 1st page and prints 3 lines (text or image) and stops. I can continue to sending to spool files, and monitor says: Status: PRINTING.

I need to restart my pc for continue printing, also the printer continue at WELCOME SCREEN, no matter what users had sent printings.

I try to change printer processors in Printer Propierties, 🙁

help!!
