Lexmark Z22 lights blinking

I just installed new color cartridge in my Lexmark Z22 printer and the power and paper out lights are both flashing, i transferred the cartridge to other printer and the same thing happens, what can i do to fix this, nothing is wrong with the printer because i installed another cartridge and it turned out okay but i want to save and use the other color cartridge (considering the cost of this)
