LG smart TV wont.restart after factory reset

Hey I have LG Pentouch smart TV model number LG 50ph470. II went in settings and did an initialize app settings . The TV is supposed to restart and.go back to normal but.that not happening. The TV will restart but no picture or sound just a blank. Tried unplugging but dosent help. So any help with this ??
