Licensing!?

Hi all! ive just got a quick questionabout licensing in win 2k server, what licenses will i need for the servers below?

Windows 2000 server running SQL7, approx 50 users will connect to this using ODBC.

Windows 2000 server running SQL7 (different DB installation) approx 50 users connected using ODBC.

Windows 2000 server, approx 80 users connected to this using drive mappings for company shared folders.

Will i need all the licenses above for the users? im not too clear on the new licensing options. Any help would be great thanks!
