Lighthouse Technologies IPS-220 Intelligent Power Switch documentation

I recently acquired 3 Lighthouse Technologies IPS-220 Intelligent Power Switches without any documentation. They are 1U rackmount devices for automatically switching between main and alternate(backup)power for 8 plugged in devices and individually powering them on and off. There are 8 9 pin serial ports on the front panel, presumably providing power off notification for connected computers, and another serialport marked IPS. The back panel has Main and aux power inputs, 8 switched powre outputs and an unmarked male 9 pin serial port. If anyone has any documentation regarding serial pinouts or programming I’d greatly appreciate it.
