limit speed connection

Hi, I need to test a system we developed (Power Builder) to see if is going to work on a 64K line, is there a way to limit the speed of my NIC to 64K and see the performance of the system. I’ll like to simulate the connection speed of the client (10clients using the same ISDN 64K line) to the server
