Limiting Access to Printer

I have a Printer over the LAN, and my sub ordinats at times send huge files for printing, and I have told them to avoid this as we soon run out of tonner, Now when I am in some meeting they do so, I woul like to do any of the following:

Limit print pages to only 2 pages for specific user, 3 for some one I allow etc.
Also printer will not print file grater than 500Kb.
