linksys BEFSR41 router configuration for port forwarding

hi,
I am a fresher to an IT company in Bangalore I have got a challenge to do. I have to route an incoming connection which comes through our router/firewall to a particular system present locally. how can i do it. please help me with this case.
and also tell me the complete configuration that can be done through this linksys router.
