I want to understand the options this model has for VPN, it has
Local Secure Group:
IP: . . . (What address is it asking for here?)

Remote Secure Group:
IP: . . . (What address is it asking for here?)

Remote Security
Gateway: (what is the remote security gateway?)

Encryption: DES 3DES Disable
Authentication: MD5 SHA Disable

Key Management:
Auto. (IKE)Manual

Please help me understand this options here, I need to know kind of step by step all devices I need to config including routers and laptop.
