Linux and Technology Documentation

I am interested in working with a small group (5-10) of people in order to document new and current computer technologies. The goal is to pool resources and efforts to:
1. Keep up with current and new technologies
2. Help each member to be able to learn technology they don’t know quicker.
3. Possibly release for free or sell some documentation.
This is a long term effort to help the group and others with the fast pace of technology. Research areas include but not limited to Unix/Linux, Windows OS’s. Programming in HTML, XML, other web and programming languages. Computer security and program algorithms.
