Linux Machine [Insert a boot media]

I just restarted the machine and I got this message.

“Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot drive and press any key”

I really need to have my installations remain unchanged as I was using this machine as a server on which I was running a lot of services for remote users.

Please, if anyone could help it would be real great.
