linux open suse login problems

dear sirs/madams,
we are using linux open suse as a server. every time When login in, the screen turns to black for a few seconds and
I’m going back to the login screen..

Can anyone please help me? what can i do to fix this errors? it my first time to use open suse. and i am not familiar with linux either. thanks
