linux pipe in windows environmnet

We are bringing outsourced websites in-house. One group runs linux. we bought a linux server to run these websites on. everything works good, except for one item. There are some email accounts set up that were set up to pipe the emails to a folder on the webserver. is there a way i can do something similar with my exchange server? a 3rd party app maybe?
