Linux + Win 98

I need to set up a small network of about 10 PC. I’d like to set up as a server Linux Red Hat station. All workstations have Win 98/95 running. What problems of compatibility may I face.
Main tasks – Internet connection sharing, mail account sharing firewalling.
May be it’s better to use NT 4 Server?
