Linux SAMBA File Permissions

Heya Folks,

I need a way to setup permissions. I currently have a SAMBA server acting as a “file server”…I have about 25 users who access it on a daily basis.

Problem: Users are deleting / moving files, etc…and then coming to me when they cannot find them. I keep a back-up, but I need a way to fix this.

Question: I am familiar with the file settings in Windows, and I was playing around with the SAMBA server…is there a way to make it, so users CANNOT delete / move files, but can create them?
