Linux Time – Creating an Install CD off HDD contents?

Hey all 🙂 I’m not reletively new to Linux. I have written my own release in SUSE Studio, Modified software (and added desktop themes, etc) and want to pack the HDD up to a CD (or DVD) of which one can pop into any other computer, go through an install/trial dialogue and use it (with options to install)…

How exactly does one go about doing this? thanks 🙂
