LJ2200DN print job missing characters

I recently setup a new Dell Optiplex GX150 with Windows 98. I installed the PostScript drivers for a HP LaserJet 2200dn. When I print from Microsoft Excel 97, the print out is missing characters (letters E, Y, and W). I’ve tried downloading and installing new drivers from HP’s website. I’ve tried other types of drivers such as the PCL5e and PCL6, but all result in the same issue.

Any ideas!
