LKPT MIKE

I have a 5.8 Ghz phone and a linksys 2.4Ghz wireless router. I have voice voice over IP for my phone. Phone sounds like it’s breaking up all the time. Tried moving router,switching router channels.No hope in site. Can anyone help?
