load balance internet connection inbound and outbound using GLBP

im using GLBP cisco redundancy protocol to load balance the internet connection.. but the problem is i have a server inside my network w/ two NIC connected on it.. that server is Statically NAT between two diff public IP address and needs to access from the internet user.
