Local Admin account restore…

I have a situation here? One of our admins left company and I inherited one of the test machines.
He renamed local admin account to his name and I don?t know password. Account disabled.
I recently put this server on the rack and join lab domain. As soon it happened my account on this machine become a regular user with appropriate rights.
I have to enable his account (somehow). Please help!!
