Local policies problem

I have a member server on an NT4 network that i can only gain access to by logging onto it as the administrator. All the other member servers & PDC/BDC can be logged onto with any user with administrative rights, so i think it is a local policy issue (maybe). I need to let another company log on to this server but not with administrator.
