local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively

I create the Domain in win 2008 server and i also add a user to the domain. I also Configred the Client pc with XP as OS. But when i try to login from client side with the user name first time it ask for Password change then after that when i try to login with new password it throw an error message that “local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively”. I don’t know why this message is shown while login and how should i troubleshoot it?
