I am new to Netware networks, recently I became in charge for a company that has Netware server 4.1. I joined a Windows 98 workstation to the network (It was disconnected from the network for a while), I installed an hp 1100 printer locally connected to this pc. I succeeded and it prints, but when I restart the pc, the local printer icon in the printers folder changes to a network printer, and it tries to printer to a network port, I ended capturing this port, even tried to delete it and capture the local LPT port, it works. But still I have to do this everytime the user start his pc.
Any help.!! Is there is a scrupt or something (locally or on the server and where can I find it?)
PS. When the same user with the account logon to the network thru another pc which has a local printer, everything works fine.
