Local printing on a Network

I have a particularly annoying problem with printers. Several managers at my company use a dial-in through Citrix aca client and MS NT4 Terminal server.
I need to advise them on printing from the network to their local home printers. The print jobsinclude emails.
Any advice on the above would be appreciated.
