Local Security Policies (auto log-off)

running two pc’s, both win2000. I have enabled the “Automatically log off users when logon time expires (local)” setting, and set the “Amount of idle time required” to 15 minutes. Neither PC is logging the user off at the specified time. Neither pc is connected to a domain or server. They are connected to the network by workgroup only. Anyone know why this is not working???
