Lock out the user server 2003

Hi
If a user of Server 2003 forget to make log off can I go to the computer and make lock out with my administrator account? Is this possible?

I try without success and a search but without a results.

I know that we can make log off on the server but if I stop a program and then with another account make start. If I make a force log off the software brake.
