Lock Registry Setting for IE in NT 4.0

I want to set the LAN settings within the options for Internet Explorer and then make it so that a user can’t go in and manually change the LAN settings. I was hoping to due it vie registry setting so that the settings are grayed out. If other options are available, I am listening.
