Lockoutstatus.exe troubles.

So I’m having trouble with the Lockoutstatus.exe tool for Active Directory.

This is happening on a fresh install, on a new domain. One I’m setting up for a test.

I can’t reset passwords wit the tool, I keep getting a message telling me the password does not meet the complexity requirements of the network. However when I go into AD and change the password the the exact same thing I’m using on the tool, it works fine.

The password requirement is just the standard six character that AD defaults to when set up.

Any ideas folks?
