Log files are not generating after using Updating

I am working in a Company , What happened was ,My server 2000server IIS 5 was slowly and bit old also so I runned Windows Doctor and used register cleaner and cleaner,and Updated the system, after that livebandwidth is not working in the server and in URL also ,When i checked the log folder, On that day onwards log files creation stopped. when i check event log there i find W3SVC Error 115,110, How to Repair and make it start working ,generating logs .Please Kindly Help me
