log on Script

Hi, I have just purchase a a new application called “Papercut” that enable me to control printing over my network, I have install this on my server it works fine exept when Im trying to display the client application, I have read the documentation and I know I need to run a script for client to be able to view their credit status this is the script that I am run which in fact will not work cmd /c “start \\servername\PCClient\win\pc-client.exe –silent” this is being run from the gropu policy console “Run this program as part of a log on process” but still it will not run,

Can anyone help with this
