Logging onto NT via DOS

Hello!
Is there a generic way to create a DOS boot diskette that will enable you to logging on to an NT Network Server? I’m in despirate need of this. Our Admins are out for the week.
The version of DOS can be either 6.22 or Win95 7.0.
