loghexcc16 – what’s this?

Every time I log onto the net I get “dropped” with a blue-screen type message saying loghexcc16 was prevented access (maybe by ZoneAlarm). It looks suspicious, cos its not EXACTLY like a MS blue-screen so I don’t want to let it through. Anyone know what this is – Symantec & Microsoft don’t have it in their KB????
