Login in the new Domain from a user workstation running apps on local drive

I accidentally install a lot of client softwares that communicates with the client softwares on the server locally. I did not login to the Domain first with a username/password to install the softwares.

Now, if I login to the Domain with the username/password, can I still see these softwares or what do I have to do to see the softwares that install locally prior login to the Domain.

Our server is running Windows 2003 R2 and the user is on an XP professional machine.
