Login Screen – Where is it?

I am installing Novell client v9 on my new W2K computers. I am seeing that after I reboot, I get the windows login or no login and definately no Novell login screen. I can run Novell login from the systray after that point and it works fine, but I am not getting the login screen at system startup. Any ideas on how to fix this and what is going on?
