login script

My domain server is Windows 2000 server, i have created a login script to map a folder in server when a user logs in
and applied to all users
now my problem is that when one user log in to domain it generates the folowing error

Event ID : 1000
Source : Userenv
Type : Error
Category : None

Description :
Your roaming profile is not available, the operating system is attempting to log you on with your local profile. (21)

pls help me
