Login Script

How can I create a login script so that once that
account logs in on Windows 2000 it launches internet explorer to a specific web site? I have been able to get internet explorer to launch from the command line. I just can’t figure out how to put in a specific web address and get it to work. I’d rather run a script instead of having to go to over a hundred machines and add it to the startup. Any ideas how I can make this script work?
