LogMeIn Connection

I am setting up a client PC with LogMeIn in a Server2003 domain. The user has Power User rights on the local PC, but the connection fails due to a login error to the domain. Says ‘The operator or administrator has refused the request. (4320)’
How can I allow this user access without giving full Administrative control at the server?
